Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to comprehensively oversee the development and execution of the exchange's quality assurance system, enhancing the platform's stability, security, and delivery efficiency in high-concurrency and high-complexity trading environments. This position will lead the testing team, formulate quality strategies, optimize process standards, drive automation and platform development, and support rapid product iteration and high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the testing team and develop quality strategies to promote the standardization and automation of the testing system
• Design and implement testing plans for core systems, covering the entire process including functionality, interfaces, integration, performance, and data consistency
• Drive the establishment and implementation of engineering tools such as interface automation, regression scripts, and load testing platforms
• Analyze quality risks in trading processes and collaborate with product, development, and operations departments for quick resolution
• Establish effective test case management and defect tracking mechanisms to enhance test coverage and execution efficiency
• Participate in CI/CD processes to ensure the quality and stability of version releases
• Enhance team collaboration efficiency and foster a sustainable testing culture
