- Implement and monitor GMP, HACCP, ISO, and food safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
- Prepare accurate QA reports and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
- Research & Development
- Assist in developing new processed meat products and improving existing formulations.
- Conduct product trials, shelf-life studies, and sensory evaluations.
- Collaborate with production and marketing teams to align product development with customer needs.
- Research industry trends and recommend innovative ideas for product competitiveness.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Animal Science, Chemistry, or related field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in food manufacturing, preferably in processed meat QA or R&D.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO standards, and food safety regulations.
- Experience in product formulation and development is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and innovative mindset.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
