Description
- Quality checking, inspection and evaluation of raw/dry/packaging materials during receiving, weighing, unloading and transfer.
- Issuance of item status such as ACCEPTS/REJECTS.
- Responsible in sampling and testing of all incoming raw, dry and packaging materials to be used in the production process.
- Proper storage of released good items to the warehouse.
- Checking of items for dispatch from the warehouse to store/commissary.
- Conducts Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
- Monitors FIFO and retention of samples.
- Filing and documentations of Quality control reports.
- Investigate and disposition of complaints on quality of material received.
- Responsible for providing support to management in assuring company standards are maintained and product integrity and safety are preserved in warehouse.
- Performing services related to foregoing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, or any related course
- At least 2-3 years experience in Quality Assurance
- Knowledgeable in Food Process, Quality Inspection and Testing Experience
- Willing to be Assigned at Paranaque
