Description
- Examine materials, components, and final products to identify defects.
- Ensure that products meet specifications and quality standards.
- Identify and address quality issues before products reach customers.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred for specialized industries, e.g., engineering, industrial technology, or quality management)
- At least minimum of 1 year experience in QA/QC inspection. More preferably in wire and cable.
- With auditing or product compliance experience is an advantage but not required.
- Knowledge of industry standards (ISO, Product Quality Standard).
- Proficiency in measuring tools & equipment (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail for defect identification and quality verification.
- Problem-solving skills to address defects or inconsistencies.
- Communication skills to document findings and report to teams.
