Description
- Monitor and evaluate calls to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Conduct call listening sessions and provide constructive feedback to agents.
- Engage in coaching sessions to enhance agent performance.
- Participate in calibration sessions to align quality standards across teams.
- Analyze data and prepare reports on quality metrics.
- Previous experience in a BPO environment.
- Familiarity with call monitoring and evaluation processes.
- Strong communication and coaching skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts.
