Job Summary:

The Quantity Surveyor should be able to estimate and monitor the costs of construction and maintenance of projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Preparing quantity (BOQ/BOM), unit price analysis, and cost estimates for project cost evaluation and comparison
• Measures and computes values to variations and prepares final accounts
• Manage risk, propose value engineering and cost control measure
• Monitor, consolidate and report project cost updates of the project handled
• Check and evaluate job orders and their progress billings ensuring productivity targets are met
• Check and evaluate billings submitted by subcontractors
• Perform other related duties and functions as may be assigned
• Promote harmonious relationships within the team

Qualifications:

• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• At least 5 years of working experience in the construction industry
• At least 2 years of working experience as QS
• Must have experience in high rise projects and horizontal development projects
• Willing to be assigned in Bagac, Bataan
