Description
- Sells products by implementing sales plans.
- Supervise sales force/networks.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quota and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new projects.
- Implement sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
- Maintain sales volume by tracking changing trends, competitors and supply and demand.
- Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
- Maintains staff job results by counselling and disciplining employees.
- Plans, monitors, and appraises job results.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results.
Requirements
- Graduate of any 4 year course
- Amenable to work on-site in Makati and Tanza Cavite
- With minimum of 5 year experience as Sales Engineer in a Real Estate
