Description
- Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls and emails
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Schedule and confirm client appointments and meetings
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
- Prepare outgoing mail and courier packages
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
- Perform data entry, file management, and document preparation
- Assist attorneys and legal staff with administrative support as needed
- Manage supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors
- Ensure compliance with office protocols and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelors degree graduate
- At least 1 year of experience as a receptionist, preferably in a law firm or professional office setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
