Our client is a privately held staffing and recruiting company founded in 2024, specializing in building and managing outsourced recruitment teams. Headquartered in the Philippines, the company offers a unique approach by providing on-site coaching with agency-experienced recruiters who work directly with remote teams. Duties and Responsibilities:


Client facing

  • Work with clients through the recruitment and onboarding process along with customer success
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client escalations and strategic reviews
  • Understand client needs and proactively propose solutions to enhance delivery outcomes
  • Ensure that consultants and clients work together smoothly, addressing issues proactively.


Operations and Talent Acquisition

  • Hire, vet, and onboard Recruiters for placement within recruitment agencies.
  • Assess and ensure the quality of recruiters through structured evaluations.
  • Manage team performance, drive engagement, and foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Work with operations to drive efficiencies in the business and lead internal talent acquisition to hire the very best talent in the market.
  • Lead, coach, and develop recruitment team leaders and delivery consultants
  • Manage recruitment, training, and team expansion to support growth plans


Growth and Culture

  • Build a performance-driven culture with a strong focus on results and accountability

Requirements

  • Strong background in recruitment (agency experience is a must).
  • Experience leading a team of recruiters
  • Proven track record of scaling recruitment teams
  • Excellent communication skills — able to build strong relationships with both recruiters and clients.
  • Hands-on familiarity with some operations tools (e.g., Asana, Fireflies, CRM/ATS systems)
  • Has previously worked and has helped scale the business from 10-20 heads to 50-100 heads.
  • Start-up Experience - Someone who has worked in a start-up and has grown with the business. You have to be in the level where you have seen what works and what doesn’t work with growth and scaling, as well as the problems and challenges that comes along.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
  • We are not looking for a GM of a 500+ business with multiple managers, as they will be too senior but someone who can take on more ownership and step up into a bigger role. 


Mon to Fri - Flexible time - AUS or UK timezone

Hybrid - Remote MWF / Office BGC TTH


Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with flexible hours. Schedule may be adjusted to align with client time zones (primarily Australia/UK). No night shift. 9 hours including 1 hour lunch break.

Hybrid: Onsite MWF, remote TTH
