Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Create and post compelling job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each role.
Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networking sites.
Screen resumes and applications, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and administer assessments.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Conduct reference checks and background checks on shortlisted candidates.
Extend job offers and negotiate compensation and benefits packages.
Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract and retain top talent.
Stay up-to-date on the latest recruitment trends and best practices.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
