- Source, screen, and attract candidates for various positions.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students with an interest in recruitment.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting techniques, excellent communication, coaching abilities, and strong organizational development skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional travel for campus events.
- Qualities and Traits: Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and a team player with a proactive attitude.
