- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.

- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.

- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting techniques, strong communication, and effective people management skills; computer literate with HR software knowledge.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional remote work; may involve multitasking under tight deadlines.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, empathetic, and adaptable.
