Job Description

The HR Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle to ensure the organization attracts, hires, and retains qualified candidates. This role works closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing and selection strategies.


Responsibilities

Source, select and place candidates for required posts; Induction for new hires;

• Coordinate with RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) / BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) vendors, ensure the headcount for the business requirements;

• Ensure and facilitate working document before onboarding such as; pre-employment requirements, employment contract, job description, endorsement letter and training orientation for new hires.

• Maintain daily report, rosters and other related documents;

• Provide assistances to employees regarding benefit availment and related inquiries, issue related documents, help check and review application forms for government benefits;

• Be familiar with local labor law and correctly handle employee relations;

• Make sure the payroll and social security is completed on time according to national policies,

• Other tasks assigned.


Job Requirements

• Bachelor in BS Psychology, Human Resources or any related courses.
