Description

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness in all recruitment and document management tasks; meticulously review and verify information before submission or filing.
  • Maintain and safeguard the integrity of all data, including candidate information and company documents; regularly audit and update records to ensure correctness and compliance.
  • Uphold and enforce company standards and core values in all aspects of recruitment and document control processes; provide consistent and high-quality service aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Utilize and manage recruitment tools and systems effectively; ensure proper usage, troubleshoot issues, and stay updated with any system changes or upgrades.
  • Documentation Management: Oversee the organization, storage, and retrieval of documents; implement and follow procedures for document control to ensure security and accessibility.
  • Compliance: Adhere to legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and document handling; ensure all processes are compliant with industry standards and internal policies.
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping; manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and support the recruitment team with necessary documentation and logistical arrangements.
  • Collaborate with Recruitment Team to support recruitment efforts; maintain clear and effective communication regarding candidate status and documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in recruitment and document control; proactively suggest enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Perform Ad hoc duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Any related job 1-3 years experience.
  • International recruitment is preferred.
