You’ll be responsible for sourcing candidates, managing the hiring process, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. If you have a passion for connecting great people with great opportunities, we’d love to have you on board!


  • Identify and source qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial screening to onboarding
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and business needs
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Stay informed on industry hiring trends and best practices

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple job openings and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with employment laws and best hiring practices
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
