Regional Sales Manager - Beauty and Personal Care

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in the beauty and personal care industry, with a deep understanding of the Philippine market.

Job Overview:

As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and overseeing distributor relationships in the Philippine market. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve our company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand distribution & availability and ensure a strong market presence.

- Set and monitor sales targets for the team, ensuring achievement of growth and revenue objectives.

Distributor Management

- Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors in the Philippines

- Ensure efficient execution of approved plans by influencing and motivating distributors

- Monitor distributor performance and implement strategies to optimize distribution channels

Market Analysis and Reporting

- Analyze sales data, market conditions, and competitor activities

- Prepare monthly forecasting reports and present sales performance to senior management

- Utilize data analytics to identify trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly

- Master's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales management within the beauty and personal care industry.

- Should have strong Sales & Trade Marketing experience either on Principal side or on distributor side.

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Experience in managing distributor relationships and sales teams.

- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
