Key Responsibilities 

Reporting & Analysis 

  • Develop, review, and deliver internal financial and operational reports on a regular basis. 
  • Consolidate data from cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Investments, Development) into investor-ready reporting packs. 
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with both internal standards and shareholder requirements. 

Investor Engagement 

  • Prepare decks, presentations, letters, and briefing notes for shareholder meetings, board presentations, and ad-hoc updates. 
  • Draft clear and professional investor communications to maintain transparency and trust. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for foreign investors on reporting, queries, and updates. 

Cross-Functional & Transaction Support 

  • Liaise closely with Finance, Commercial, Investments, and Development teams to ensure accurate and timely inputs for reporting. 
  • Support due diligence processes by coordinating investor requests during M&A or financing transactions. 
  • Track and follow up on investor information requests, ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines. 
  • Support senior management in preparing for investor meetings, board reviews, and strategic discussions. 


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; CPA or CFA designation and/or a Master’s degree preferred. 
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in finance, investor relations, or corporate finance, with proven track record in M&A transactions, due diligence, and shareholder reporting. 
  • Prior experience in the renewable energy, infrastructure, or power sector strongly preferred. 
  • Demonstrated ability to operate as a plug-and-play contributor — independently managing investor communications, financial analysis, and transaction support with minimal supervision. 
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and presentation skills. 
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to distill complex financial and operational information into clear investor messages. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with BI/reporting tools an advantage. 
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across senior leadership, Finance, and M&A teams.
