Description

  • Manage and process all reservation requests efficiently.
  • Coordinate with guests to confirm bookings and answer inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations and transactions.
  • Assist in resolving any reservation-related issues.
  • Work closely with the sales and customer service teams.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, strong customer service skills, and familiarity with reservation systems.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage reservations, assist customers, and ensure high service quality.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, regular hours with potential for weekends.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and excellent communication skills.
