Job Description
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff management.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Manage budgets, financials, and inventory control.
- Implement marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement.
- Train and mentor staff to improve performance and efficiency.
- Address customer complaints and feedback professionally.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Location: Kuwait (w/ Passport)
- Educational Qualifications: A diploma in hospitality management or a related field is required.
- Experience Level: Candidates must have 1-3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and supervisory skills, excellent customer service focus, adept in daily operations control, budget and cost management, and inventory monitoring.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may require weekend and evening shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Flexible, adaptable, quick problem-solver, clear communicator, and commitment to food safety compliance.
