Description

Supervise daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring consistent service quality and adherence to health and safety regulations.
Train, mentor, and manage restaurant staff, fostering a positive and efficient team atmosphere.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain food quality and timely delivery of orders.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to ensure consistency and maintain budgetary goals.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HRM or any related field.
POLITE, HONEST, and TRUSTWORTHY
Preferably at least 6 months of experience.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with Staffs and Customers
Proven ability to handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive dining experience.
Understanding of food safety regulations and procedures.
Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and other restaurant management software
