Duties and Responsibilities:

A. To provide clients with a high level of personalized service starting with a sincere welcome.

B. To demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the multi-category products on display.

C. Operating the point-of-sale (POS) system, processing payments, handling returns, and managing customer transactions efficiently and accurately.

D. Respond to online inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

E. Assisting in inventory management tasks, including receiving shipments, conducting stock counts, and reporting low stock or product discrepancies to management.

F. Supporting loss prevention efforts by monitoring the sales floor, reporting suspicious activity, and following security policies.

G. Collaborating with fellow team members to achieve sales targets, meet store goals, and contribute to a positive team environment.

H. Cultivate strong and lasting client relationships.

Qualifications:

• Possessing a service mindset is a must.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings.
• Passionate in the fields of arts, fashion, health, and food is an advantage.
• Must have a strong drive to deliver results.
