Job Description
- Assist customers on the sales floor by providing product knowledge, making recommendations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain store organization by restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring products are well presented.
- Process transactions, handle returns or exchanges, and support the team with inventory management tasks.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and assist customers effectively.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to store goals.
- Basic knowledge of retail operations, with a focus on sales, inventory management, and product merchandising.
