Description
- Processing customer payments at the checkout counter
- Assisting customers in finding the products
- Addressing customer complaints and inquiries
- Providing shopping advice and recommendations to customers
- Receiving, unpacking and arranging new products from suppliers
- Arranging and labelling goods in the display shelves
- Cleaning and rearranging the shop and ensure that the shop is clean and organized at all times
- Periodic checking on product prices

- Memproses pembayaran pelanggan di kaunter pembayaran
- Membantu pelanggan mencari produk
- Menangani aduan dan pertanyaan pelanggan
- Memberi nasihat dan cadangan membeli-belah kepada pelanggan
- Menerima, membongkar dan menyusun produk baru daripada pembekal
- Menyusun dan melabel barang di dalam rak pameran
- Membersih dan menyusun semula kedai serta memastikan kedai itu bersih dan teratur sepanjang masa
- Pemeriksaan berkala pada harga produk
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School Diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, proficiency in English, and a focus on customer service.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers, handle transactions, maintain inventory, and uphold store standards.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment with flexible hours, including weekends.
