Description
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers in locating products.
- Maintain store presentation by organizing merchandise and ensuring cleanliness.
- Process transactions accurately at the cash register.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and enhance customer experience.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum Diploma required in a relevant field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of retail or customer service experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong written and verbal communication, customer management, problem-solving, analytical skills, attention to detail, and sales management.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment with varying hours, including weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Team player, adaptable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
