Description
- Assist customers with queries and transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Process sales and handle cash registers
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Restock merchandise and manage inventory
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Handle returns and exchanges according to store policies
- Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma is required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience is required; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong skills in rehearsal and training to effectively engage customers.
- Working Conditions: Typically works in a retail environment, with possible evening and weekend hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Must be friendly, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
