Description
- Provide a warm, welcoming experience by greeting and assisting customers with enthusiasm
- Recommend suitable products by identifying customer needs and offering detailed product insights
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Maintain clean, organized product displays and ensure shelves are fully stocked
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets by using effective sales techniques
- Participate in store promotions and help with content for social media campaigns
- Offer exceptional after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Prepare and submit sales reports on a daily and weekly basis
- Collaborate with store leadership on operational tasks and performance goals
- Mentor and assist new team members to support a cooperative team environment
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail sales setting (required)
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel
- Comfortable engaging with customers via social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram
- Experience with online retail or live selling is a plus
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible or rotating shifts
- Willingness to cover shifts or travel to other store locations if necessary
- Reliable, team-oriented, and adaptable in a dynamic retail environment
