- Assists customers with purchases by providing product knowledge, explaining features, and processing transactions at the point-of-sale system.
- Greet customers, answer inquiries, and provide a positive and helpful experience.
- Maintain a strong understanding of products and inventory to answer questions and make recommendations.
- Process payments accurately using the point-of-sale system, and assist with upselling or promoting current offers.
- Keep the sales floor and stock room clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Develop relationships with customers to build loyalty and encourage repeat sales.
