- Collaborate with the store manager to design and implement visually appealing product displays.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels to ensure optimal product availability.
- Analyze sales trends and customer preferences to adjust merchandising strategies accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with company branding and merchandising standards.
- Train and support staff on merchandising best practices and techniques.
Requirements
- Job Title: Retail Store Merchandiser
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience is preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Supply Chain Management, Quality Management, Inventory Management, and Handling Transactions.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment, may require evening and weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong communication skills, adaptable, and customer-focused.
