Job Description
- Cleaning: Dusting and polishing furniture, vacuuming and mopping floors, sanitizing bathrooms, and washing windows.
- Linen and towel service: Changing bed linens and replacing used towels with fresh ones.
- Restocking: Replenishing amenities such as toiletries, coffee, tea, water, and minibar items in guest rooms.
- Tidying: Emptying trash, clearing dishes, and making beds.
- Maintenance and safety: Reporting any maintenance issues, damage, or safety concerns to the appropriate department.
- Public area cleaning: Cleaning and maintaining hallways, stairways, and other common guest areas.
- Guest service: Responding to guest requests and inquiries promptly and courteously.
