  • Preferably with a background in Engineering, Business, or any related field
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in construction sales or engineering works
  • Proven track record in closing construction projects and developing effective sales strategies
  • Target-driven, assertive, and goal-oriented
  • Strong desire to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Willing to learn new skills and follow established work processes
  • Willing to travel for project visits and client meetings
  • Open to structured work processes and continuous learning
  • A team player with initiative and accountability
  • Preferably with a professional driver’s license


Responsible for achieving sales targets through the following activities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the company and clients
  • Promote and present Litecrete products and services to prospective customers
  • Negotiate contracts and quotations to maximize sales and profitability
  • Handle client inquiries, provide recommendations, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Organize site visits, establish new accounts, and perform market saturation activities, including making at least 50 cold calls per week
  • Maintain accurate and updated sales records using company CRM
  • Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings to expand market visibility
  • Prepare and monitor sales forecasts, and track performance using the sales scoreboard
