We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Account Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales account management, with preferable experience in the food industry. You will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction through consistent communication and service delivery.

  • In charge of sourcing key accounts to offer Watami (Restaurant under the Bistro Group) Party Package and event packages to clients within NAIA Airport.
  • Manages service excellence in delivering orders
  • In charge of preparing corporate accountt proposals, service agreement, and billing notices.
  • Creates, develops and manages Watami gift certificate and other promotional materials and strategy.
  • Develops local sales promos and marketing approved by the Management.
  • Responsible with organizing and leading other necessary logistics work relative to office set-up.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of sales/account management experience, preferably in the food or FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, customer relationship management, and distribution channels in the food sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office
