Administrative Support:

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and responses to client inquiries.

Customer Coordination:

Communicate with clients to confirm orders, provide updates, and address any concerns.
Assist in managing customer accounts, ensuring accurate documentation and timely communication.
Handle complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate department for resolution.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:

Compile and analyze sales data to generate reports for management review.
Track sales performance metrics, such as revenue, targets, and market trends.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to avoid stockouts.

Team Support:

Schedule and organize sales team meetings, including preparing agendas and materials.
Assist in coordinating promotional activities, such as product launches or events.
Support the sales team by providing relevant product information and resources.

Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure all sales processes and records comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data, including client and product information.
