Description

  • Assist the sales team in administrative tasks.
  • Manage customer inquiries and correspondence.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience Level: 5-10 years of experience as a Admin Assistant/Accounting similar role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong written and verbal communication, adept in report generation, and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Support sales team, manage documentation, coordinate communications, and maintain client databases.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, regular hours with potential for overtime during peak sales periods.
