Description
- Assist the sales team in administrative tasks.
- Manage customer inquiries and correspondence.
- Update and maintain sales databases and records.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations.
- Coordinate meetings and schedules for the sales team.
- Support inventory management and order processing.
- Handle general office duties related to sales operations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: 5-10 years of experience as a Admin Assistant/Accounting similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong written and verbal communication, adept in report generation, and excellent organizational abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Support sales team, manage documentation, coordinate communications, and maintain client databases.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, regular hours with potential for overtime during peak sales periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and a team player.
