Input and process sales orders into the system.
Prepare sales documents such as invoices, delivery notes, and tax invoices.
Assist in monitoring the status of shipments and ensure that goods arrive to customers on time.
Follow up on customer orders or information requests.
Compile daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management.
Maintain and update the customer database.
Handle customer complaints or requests related to sales administration.
Collaborate with the warehouse, finance, and shipping departments to ensure smooth order processing.
Maintain the organization and orderliness of sales documents.

Minimum education of high school/vocational school equivalent (preferably D3/S1 in Administration, Business, or related fields).
Experience as a sales administrator (is an advantage).
Proficient in computer usage, especially Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under deadlines.
Possess good communication skills.
Honest, responsible, and able to work both in a team and independently.
