Act as the primary point of contact for the OEM customer regarding order requirements and delivery schedules.
Receive and process customer purchase orders.
Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, purchasing) to ensure alignment with delivery signals.
Prepare and issue sales quotations, monitor order status, and update customer on deliveries.
Create and update production plans based on customer forecasts.
Process billing, documentation, and support related operational transactions.
Provide ad hoc operations support as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is a plus.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and can work independently.
Experience in a similar role is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
