The Sales Admin Associate will provide administrative support to the PH Sales Department, with a specialized focus on managing PhilGEPS-related accounts and documentation. This role ensures compliance with government procurement protocols, maintains accurate records, and facilitates smooth coordination between internal teams and government clients.

PhilGEPS Account Administration

  • Manage and maintain the company’s PhilGEPS registration and profile.
  • Monitor bid opportunities and ensure timely submission of requirements.
  • Prepare and organize bid documents, including eligibility, technical, and financial requirements.
  • Coordinate with government agencies regarding bid clarifications, submissions, and updates.
  • Track and archive PhilGEPS-related transactions and communications.

Compliance and Documentation

  • Ensure all PhilGEPS submissions comply with RA 9184 and other relevant procurement laws.
  • Maintain organized files for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Assist in preparing contracts and other legal documents related to government sales.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
  • Atleast 1–2 years of experience in sales administration or government account handling.
  • Familiarity with PhilGEPS processes and government procurement regulations.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
