Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing and organizing documents such as contracts, listings, and forms
• Coordinate appointments, property viewings, and site trippings
• Follow up with clients and sales agents regarding documentation and requirements
• Maintain property listings and marketing materials on various platforms
• Prepare reports, client updates, and weekly activity summaries
• Manage email and communication with clients, agents, and developers
• Update CRM or tracking sheets (e.g., Trello or spreadsheets)
• Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
• Experience in real estate, sales coordination, or administrative roles preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management
• Familiarity with real estate documents and processes is a plus
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and/or MS Office
• Willing to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
