  • Compile and prepares monthly sales reports.
  • Handles customer inquiries, and provide order status update.
  • Process and manage sales orders and quotes.
  • Maintain sales documentation and filing system.

Requirements

  • 1-3 yrs relevant working experience as Sales Administrative Assistant.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field;
  • Knowledgeable with Excel & Word.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and can time manage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
