Education: (Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing is preferred).
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or sales support role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills.
Can operate applications like Zoom, Gmeet, Teams, and others for meeting purposes.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Experience in ERP is a plus. ( Netsuite)
ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS:
Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements (through BEST Form) for the sales team.
Create minutes of the meeting after the meeting (example, Sales Huddle).
Organize and manage sales team calendars, ensuring meetings and deadlines are efficiently coordinated.
Handle correspondence, filing, and general office duties.
Conduct Sales Orientation regarding liquidation and best form.
Check, process, and prepare a request for payment of the Sales liquidation and ensure it is submitted on time.
Prepare and issue Memos from the Sales Team (Internal and External)
Monitor the progress of the Sales Lead tracker.
Process request for payment of the approved revolving fund of newly hired sales employees.
Assist the National Sales Manager in a day-to-day operation.
Create or make a PowerPoint presentation for the National Sales Manager if needed.
SALES MANAGEMENT TASK:
Withdrawal Sales from TikTok.
Extracting withdrawal settlement.
Monitoring of IR and CAR of TikTok transactions.
Monthly consolidation of TikTok sales data from TikTok flatform.
Processing TikTok Sales Transactions.
OBF Capture & Order Consolidation.
Sales Order Creation in Netsuite.
Sales Report Generation.
POI Sales Monitoring.
Distributor Level Monitoring.
Transfer Order (TO) Processing.
Processing Blade Sales Transactions.
Filing and organizing related documents.
Coordination with Other Departments:
Collaborate with finance, marketing, and logistics teams to streamline the sales process.
Ensure smooth communication between the sales team and other departments to resolve any operational issues.
Other Task
Participate in any learning and growth program of the company. This may include training, seminars, mentorship, coaching, workshops and any of such nature.
Participate in all HR processes regarding severance and grievances if the need arises.
Be amenable to cross-training and transfer of position from time to time as need arises. Comment on personal competency before such a transfer.
Participate in any organizational culture and employee engagement program, project and activity of the company.
Participate in any temperature check, employee survey, and 360-degree feedback from the management or HR department.
Be amenable to all other related tasks as they may be assigned or delegated to by the superiors or the management.
