- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Provide market analysis and property valuations.
- Prepare and show properties to prospective buyers.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Develop marketing strategies to promote properties.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Real Estate or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills; proficiency in real estate software.
- Working Conditions: Flexible hours, primarily office-based but frequent fieldwork and client meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
