Job Description: Marketing Officer

Position: Marketing Officer

Reports to: Vice President, Head Business Development

Role Overview

The Marketing Officer is responsible for developing and implementing marketing initiatives that strengthen Gloval’s brand presence, enhance customer engagement, and support business development goals. The role will focus on social media management, branding, events coordination, and assisting in managing key customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

  • Develop, implement, and monitor content calendars across platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
  • Create engaging posts, captions, and visuals aligned with Gloval’s brand voice
  • Track performance metrics and provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations
  • Respond to inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner

2. Branding & Marketing Collateral

  • Ensure consistent application of Gloval’s branding across all materials and communications
  • Coordinate the design and production of marketing collaterals (presentations, brochures, videos, giveaways, etc.)
  • Support in enhancing corporate identity and positioning in the industry

3. Events & Campaign Management

  • Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, trade shows, sponsorships, and client engagement activities
  • Coordinate logistics, promotions, and post-event reporting
  • Support internal campaigns that strengthen employee engagement and brand culture

4. Customer & Business Development Support

  • Assist the Business Development team in handling key customer accounts
  • Prepare presentations, and client-facing marketing materials
  • Support in nurturing relationships with clients, partners, and industry associations
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to provide insights to management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in engineering, construction, or B2B services
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Canva/Adobe Suite is a plus
  • Willing to travel occasionally for events and client support
