Input product information into the e-commerce platform (name, description, price, photos, and other details).
Ensure that the uploaded data is accurate and meets company standards.
Update product information in case of price, stock, or description changes.
Remove products that are no longer available or relevant.
Ensure stock data on the e-commerce platform matches actual inventory.
Coordinate with the warehouse team for stock updates.
Ensure product photos, descriptions, and specifications align with brand guidelines.
Identify and correct errors in the uploaded data.
Generate regular reports on uploaded products, stock, and sales.
Provide recommendations for data improvement if necessary.

Minimum high school graduate/SMA/SMK, D3, or S1 (preferably in Administration, Accounting, or relevant fields).
Experience as an e-commerce admin or data entry of at least 1 year is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data processing.
Familiar with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, or Shopify.
High attention to detail to ensure data accuracy.
Meticulous, organized, and able to work with large amounts of data.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Results-oriented with multitasking abilities.
Effective communication skills, especially with related teams such as warehouse and marketing.
Proactive in finding solutions when data issues arise.
Has stable internet access if working remotely.
Willing to work with online systems and digital platforms.
