Description
- Provide comprehensive support to the sales team including managing schedules, meetings, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, reports, and inventory information. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Assist in processing orders, invoices, and contracts. Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, Finance, and Customer Support to keep clients updated on order status.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in sales or administrative roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, and proficiency in report generation.
- Working Conditions: Onsite office setting, 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Qualities and Traits: Must be organized, proactive, and possess strong coordination skills.
