Description

  • Greeting customers when they enter the store or department
  • Answering questions and assisting customers
  • Determining customer needs and recommending products
  • Explaining the features and benefits of products to customers
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest products available in the store or department
  • Accepting and processing orders while operating a POS system
  • Promoting special sales, offers, loyalty programs and store credit cards
  • Ensuring shelves, displays and the overall store are tidy and inviting


Requirements

  • College level or Vocational Course
  • With Sales experience, handling baby items is an advantage
