We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Assistant / Coordinator to support our sales team in managing communications, scheduling, and preparing materials for client meetings. The ideal candidate has excellent written English skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines. Marketing experience is a plus.
This role is key in ensuring smooth sales operations, effective client communication, and efficient coordination with internal resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Communication Support: Respond to emails promptly and professionally on behalf of the sales team.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule client meetings, internal check-ins, and follow-ups.
- Meeting Preparation: Compile relevant data, presentations, and supporting information for sales meetings.
- Meeting Documentation: Take clear and organized notes during meetings and distribute action items.
- Project Management: Update and maintain project management software with current sales activities and deadlines.
- Proofing & Documentation: Review proposals, presentations, and communications for accuracy and consistency.
- Coordination: Work with internal teams to gather materials and ensure timely delivery of proposals.
- Marketing Support (Bonus): Assist with drafting marketing content, campaigns, or sales collateral as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar).
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Previous experience in sales coordination, executive assistance, or administrative support preferred.
- Bonus: Experience with marketing, digital campaigns, or content creation.
