Description
- Assist sales team in daily operations and coordinate schedules.
- Manage sales data and generate reports for analysis.
- Communicate with clients and respond to inquiries.
- Support the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure smooth processes.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A Diploma is required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales coordination or support.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in negotiation, sales training, management, CRM, and competitor analysis is essential.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Support sales teams, analyze competitor strategies, and assist in training.
- Working Conditions: Office-based with occasional travel for client meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude are vital.
