- Generate leads through cold calls, industry research, networking, and social media to identify new prospects
- Develop, build, and manage new business opportunities while achieving assigned sales and revenue targets
- Identify market opportunities and contribute to overall business growth
- Prepare and present tailored proposals based on customer requirements, adjusting solutions to meet their needs
- Deliver technical presentations to effectively explain products and services
- Coordinate with Technical Services, ISD, and Project Management teams for seamless implementation of software solutions
- Analyze sales reports and statistics to assess past performance and forecast future sales
- Submit accurate and timely sales reports and account updates, including pipeline status and recommendations
- Recommend appropriate actions for delinquent accounts and support overall sales service improvement initiatives
- Attend trade shows, product launches, and industry events to expand customer reach and generate new business leads
