We’re looking for high-performing Phone Sales Consultants to join our fast-growing skincare brand, My Derma Dream. This is a fully remote position where you’ll be selling directly to warm leads — customers who have just purchased or shown strong intent to buy. Your mission: upsell, convert, and earn.

What You’ll Do

• Call N.O.U. (New Order Upsell) leads immediately after a purchase to offer complementary products.
• Call A.B.C. (Abandoned Cart) leads who nearly purchased but didn’t complete checkout.
• Use provided scripts and training to upsell skincare products effectively.
• Track all sales through our CRM and VOIP systems.
• Attend daily sales huddles and weekly coaching calls.
• Role-play, practice objection handling, and sharpen your sales game daily

Compensation & Perks

• Uncapped commissions:
• 10% on one-time orders
• 15% on subscriptions
• 5% on free trials
• Earnings Range: $1,900–$5,000+ USD/month

Work Schedule

• 8:30 AM – 9:00 PM EST
• 6 days/week
• Two 1-hour breaks per day

• Proven outbound/phone sales experience
• Strong English & communication skills
• Coachable, motivated, and results-driven
• Beauty/skincare sales experience is a plus
