Description
- Assist the sales team in daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Support sales activities, manage customer relationships, coordinate team efforts, and assist in sales management
- Maintain sales records and prepare reports for analysis.
- Coordinate communication between sales and other departments.
- Manage customer inquiries and ensure timely responses.
- Support the organization of sales events and meetings.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client relationships.
Requirements
- Job Title: Sales Coordinator
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Business or related field
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year in sales or customer support
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in public speaking, negotiation, Salesforce, and CRM; strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Working Conditions: Office environment, potential for remote work; must handle multiple tasks
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and a team player
