Agent coordinator will handle the referral marketing for the company and is responsible for managing a team of agents who are responsible for generating leads and referrals for the business.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

I. Sales Force Program

• Handles lead generation applications, Target market: WFH seeker and Existing Pacific Employees.

II. Agent Coordinator

• Use of existing data to contact agents and increase awareness of the referral program among existing customers through targeted marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Encourage existing customers to refer high-quality leads that are more likely to convert into new customers.
• Streamline and optimize the referral process to make it as easy as possible for existing customers to refer new customers.
• Measure and track the effectiveness of the referral program and make adjustments as necessary to improve results.
• Responsible for enrolling, generating codes manually and monitoring; ensuring applicants for these programs agree to the terms and conditions.
